From the bottom of my heart, I love the women in this generation.
Far from perfect, but I love them.
There is just something about the women of this generation. The decentering of shame. The willingness to speak up. The refusal to quietly carry things that were never theirs to carry in the first place.
There is still so much to learn, unlearn and get right, but honestly, I look at these women and I think…
The kids are alright fr. ❤️
Men,
As we finish,
Understand this,
Once your wife gives birth,
Don't have sex with her for at least 6 months.
Let her rest.
Let her uterus heal.
Let her perineal muscles rejuvenate.
Let her bond with the baby.
Some of you don't wait for her scars and wounds to heal,
You don't even wait for her to finish puerperium.
Some of you start having sex when she is still secreting lochia alba.
How dick-driven are you?
Don't you have a masculine mission where you can redirect your sexual energy?
What will you do if she becomes pregnant 3 months after her last delivery?
Can't you be like our African forefathers?
What a shame.
Bladifakin man.

Dear career woman, please, when it is time to make a lifetime commitment, do not marry down.
If you want to enjoy both your career and your marriage, be careful about marrying a man you are significantly ahead of academically and financially.
As time goes on your career will grow. Your income will grow. Your exposure and responsibilities will grow. If your husband is unable to grow with you, that gap will eventually become a source of conflict in the marriage.
Do not make the mistake of thinking love alone will close that gap. You may live to regret it.
Choose a man whose ambition, capacity and mindset is greater than yours so you can always look up to him.
If you so desire to be an exception, then good luck to you.
Having a baby with someone who doesn't have one so we are both experiencing the feeling for the first time and equally excited is what I want for myself
Because I don't know if you men want to manufacture your future wives.
You're not married, but you dey fuck different women every month.
Both hookup & other people gfs.
And you think say one "angel" dey wait for you for front?
Even if you no do, no guarantee for you.
End.
It seems the assassination of city lawyer Kyalo Mbobu was not be just a random act of violence but the culmination of perhaps multiple unresolved issues. Imagine this: I entrust you with two plots to sell for Ksh 253 million, you receive full payment, but you only remit part of the money. When I sue you for the balance, you stand before the court and claim that Ksh 93 million is your legal fees ,ninety-three million in legal fees? In another case, you handle a matter for a client, get paid Ksh 43 million, and fail to send them a single shilling because you know the worst they can do is file a lawsuit.
That is not just professional misconduct; that is calculated impunity and it’s a very dangerous gamble with your life. With these revelations and several others now coming to light, it seems that the late lawyer was living on borrowed time.
Nobody should be assassinated in a lawful country. However,City lawyers who thrive on such forms of “fraud” are not safe. When justice is delayed or denied, some people do not wait for the next court date. They deliver their own verdict sometimes with fists, sometimes with bullets.
This is what many fail to understand. For some, true vengeance is not just winning a case or recovering lost funds, it is taking you out of the equation permanently. And when trust is betrayed at such high stakes, the line between courtroom justice and street justice becomes dangerously thin.
Aya,lets start.
Barricade ya thika road imeanza wapi?
Ya Mombasa road?
Ngong road?
Waiyaki way?
Jogoo road?
Kiambu road?
Where the buses are not being allowed to pass is where we will alight.
Breaking one barrier after another

HOW TO COMMUNICATE YOUR INTENT WITHOUT SHOWING OFF YOUR INTENTIONS
It is possible for you to display intent to a woman without giving away your intentions, so that she may still have room to chase you. You just need the right approach.

Last week, we hosted two transformative workshops, the first focused on Women's Leadership programme, which aimed at advancing women into leadership roles. The second workshop centered on Environmental Care, where the participants explored ways of building strong partnerships for the conservation of bio-cultural diversity in Africa.

Are our shemejis in Tanzania even aware the Olympics are going on? I mean, you’ve got to respect how they stick to their own vibe year-round, but honestly, has anyone spotted a Tanzanian in any event—even if it’s as simple as the breathing competition?
Climate Justice Academy 2024 just kicked off. The Climate Justice Academy aims to empower young voices in the fight against climate change. Through this course, participants will explore activism as a strategy to build collective action, disrupt oppressive systems, and recreate just, equal, and sustainable societies for both people and the planet.
This year's academy will include sessions on public narrative, pioneered by Marshall Ganz of Harvard University, which uses storytelling to connect personal experiences to collective action and inspire social change.
