@pockyonastick@Vjeux Fair point! It just seems like StyleX is the perfect stepping stone to RSD and cross-platform compatibility. Maybe there could be "portable subset" based on RSD that imports from the same styles as the web-only versions
@colmtuite StyleX is a good precursor to making it easy to port code from react to react-strict-dom, and I think react-strict-dom is the future. Could base ui possibly use react-strict-dom under the hood? Or are there features that make that too challenging?
@devongovett Iβm curious if react-aria possibly be built on react-strict-dom? Are there features that prevent that migration?

@ChrissyLee490 Tricky for 1 tweet! Unique to StoryOrigin:
- Direct Sales - integrate Lemon Squeezy to handle sales tax and VAT
- Build/host your author website (and direct sales shop)
- Beta Copies - readers unlock each chapter by leaving feedback
- Review Copies - vet reviewer profiles
+ more
@shellscape@thdxr@pauloe_me@devjmetivier Awesome! Thanks for the response! This would definitely make jsx-email the superior option compared to react-email for anyone that deploys their frontend separately from their backend (which I would guess is a substantial portion).
@shellscape@thdxr@pauloe_me@devjmetivier I'm definitely interested in removing React as a dependency. I'm using this on a backend API and had to install React and update my webpack config to handle JSX files.
Could NakedJSX be used to render the components instead? https://t.co/3zm0AWL1ei
@LydiaVRussell@K_Lykkebo Oh no!
Indie developer of StoryOrigin here. You're always welcome to shoot me an email if you have any questions. <[email protected]>
@Darke_Conteur I think StoryOrigin is pretty cool. Then again, I might be a bit biased, since I'm the programmer behind it π
Also, to give you a sense of how many authors regularly use StoryOrigin, you can find the upcoming newsletter swap opportunities here: https://t.co/8hsOz53cF2
@EveKoguce@DaltonsTweets Sounds good! BTW, you might find the advice from the Case Studies section (where I've interviewed authors about exactly what they do) to be a bit more "actionable" than what marketing gurus tell you: https://t.co/XRCobveC9S
