@delfick My understanding is sleep sohuld be a cycle/routine that operating by chemicals increasing and decreasing at times to trigger things. The aim here is enhancing the 'time to be asleep' phase of this. You still need the routine and the rest. Sleep hygeine, regularly times etc.

@delfick Just my 2c: I found that it helped me get to sleep, it didn't put me to sleep. If you're not 'ready', then it won't (nor should it) 'knock you out'. I also found less could be more 1.5-2mg was great. Not suggesting not to follow dr.s advice however! cont.

As you've suggested the platform creators are going to be the ones to successfully and effective implement this, and ideally, as they're collaborating, making the whole thing open source!
