Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scored 97 off 29 for Rajasthan Royals vs Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Evan Gulbis scored same, albeit unbeaten, for @prahrancc vs Frankston Peninsula Heat in 2016/17.

HALL OF FAME 🥇 On Thurs evening our very own President Geoff Hart was inducted into the VSDCA Hall of Fame. Doc's commitment to both WCC & VSDCA remains outstanding and this recognition was a fantastic way to celebrate his work. We are all extremely proud 💙💛🏏 @SubbiesCricket
At the age of 40…
After 277 matches in Victorian Premier Cricket…
And 23 years after he started playing in the competition…
Carlton champion Evan Gulbis has won the coveted Jack Ryder Medal.

Evan Gulbis! At the age of 40, the Carlton champion and former first-class cricketer has won the @vicpremcricket Ryder Medal. Hit 532 runs at 41 and took 23 wickets for the Blues in 2025-26.
Been a tough season for Harry Smyth. But he's come good for Carlton today, crafting a fine century in the @vicpremcricket semi against Casey South Melbourne. H Smyth on 102, Blues on 3-241.
Carlton's Jaga Koduru narrowly missed his century last week. He didn't today. Hit an even 100 in the @vicpremcricket semi against Casey South Melbourne, helping the Blues surge past 300. Gives him 779 runs for the season. Harry Smyth on 139.
Ashley Chandrasinghe, Dylan Brasher and Blake Thomson, first-class players all, scored centuries in the weekend's @vicpremcricket finals. So too did Carlton's Dominic Sullivan, whose previous highest score was 40. Love his story.

Remarkable stat from Carlton CC: Jaga Koduru has now figured in three club-record wicket partnerships this season, with Tom Smyth, with Evan Gulbis and now Dominic Sullivan. Is up to 679 runs. Having a fine season, just as Gulbis predicted.
Gem of a day for Carlton's Dominic Sullivan. Hit his maiden century in a @vicpremcricket final against Richmond - 101 off 155 balls - and with Jagadeswara Koduru (95) put on a Blues-best 198 for the seventh wicket. Carlton (8-361) routed Richmond (125) at Princes Park.
This seventh-wicket partnership between Jag Koduru and Dom Sullivan at Princes Park is a club record for Carlton. They've put on 168 against Richmond. Sullivan is only five short of a memorable maiden century.
And that's a good century for Carlton's state squad member Jai Lemire, 100 off 207 balls against Dandenong, his fifth ton for the Blues. It's lifted them to 6-245 off 75; they had been 4-82. They always find a way.
A major announcement from Ringwood CC tonight: David King - 'undoubtedly the club's greatest ever player' - will retire at the end of the Premier season. What a mighty cricketer.
Tom Smyth! On the day he claims Carlton's games record, the left-hand opener raises another century in @vicpremcricket, bringing it up with a tuck for two. What a day for the champion Blue.
Stackpole, Scholes, Numa ... and Smyth.
With 7000 runs and 270 wickets behind him, terrific Tom Smyth prepares to break the @CarltonCCScores games record and become a true Blues great.
What a cricketer.

Champion Evan Gulbis comes through again for his beloved Carlton CC, raising his 24th century in @vicpremcricket with a straight six off Jon Merlo. The Blues were 5-90 against Melbourne but now they're closing in on 300. Jagadeswara Koduru hit 110.
A significant milestone for the Carlton Cricket Club today as Tom Smyth equals the Carlton 1st XI games record of 285 held by Bert Numa. Bert has stood as the sole owner since 7th March 1964. 709 players have represented our wonderful club in the 1st XI since 1864. Go well Tom
Adam Zampa will miss the Melbourne Renegades’ BBL season opener against the Brisbane Heat through paternity leave. Michael Archer looms as the potential replacement player as Callum Stow (injured) and Nathan Lyon remain NA.
Englishman Rob Goliah has battled deserts, monsoons and rugged roads on his cycle (with some help ✈️) from Melbourne CC in the UK to its namesake for the Boxing Day Test. He’s covering on average 150km a day for over six months. #Ashes
