@Jesse_Brenneman Can’t export CMYK in Elements so likely won’t work for most printed stuff. Lots of good alternatives out there though. I use Figma for 90% of things I used to do in Photoshop (and it’s free-ish) but still use PS for that last 10% (heavy photo manipulation).
