Det eneste rigtige at gøre. Mere smidigt flow fra høj ➡️ lavere aktivitet mlm regionerne. Potentiale for udvidelse til øvrige diagnoser. Obs stråleterapi:=> re-CT, re-indtegning og re-dosisplan (dage) pr patient v/flyt, i.e. få +dage lokalt => mange +dage totalt v/akut flyt.
