@FedExHelp my packages that are supposed to be delivered to 60647 (work address) keep getting delivered to 60641 (home address). Packages say 60647 address. Customer service says agent will call in 48 hrs. It’s been 96 hrs and no call back. Why the delivery to the wrong address?
