@SportsDirect_CS Fastway couriers (Ireland) emailed me to say my order was delivered... it wasn't... now their CS bot is sending me around the bend, as is sportsdirect virtual assistant "mohammad"! There's no phone number to call and I'm 160euro out of pocket. Please help!

@MaiaDunphy This happened to us a couple months after my Dad died, it's so upsetting 💔🫂What's happened is that WhatsApp auto remove ppl from groups when they are inactive for 6 months... I don't believe your mums phone number will be reassigned for a couple years... take care 😪🫂

@TodaywithClaire Our 11yo and 9yo both have phones. We have great parental controls on them including access times. They are so great when the kids are at friends houses, sleepovers or for security walking home from school. Blanket 'don't fo it' just isn't realistic anymore

Youve got to love @VodafoneIreland approach to customer support... they must be the only telecommunications company who do 9-5 support and then don't open their phone lines on time 🙈 #servicefail
