@americanair flight last week was delayed 2.5 hours from ord to sfo. Had to cab home. And our bags didn't arrive for 2 days. Bad experience.

@southwestair doing it right. Rebooked me and gave me credit without even asking for it. Delay not their fault, weather. Take note @united !

@united agent at United club doesn't even know why plane is delayed. This is unbelievable. This will likely be my last United flight.

@UnitedAirHelp the lack of help or compensation is astounding. Other airlines gave me credit immediately in delays much shorter than this.

@UnitedAirHelp yup. And looks like it's delayed further. Now getting in at 1:20 am. If rental car closes, I'm stranded. This sucks.
