@bookingcom You did look into it… said nothing you can do.. so between an error on the https://t.co/S3UeyIlgCd system and the hotel being belligerent - I’m out of pocket - I contacted them the moment both bookings came through - you and them saying it’s up to the other I’ll message you

A system error with a booking on https://t.co/S3UeyIlgCd I know have 2 rooms for same night at one hotel.
7 days of discussion both say the other are responsible to authorities a refund -neither will! Greedy and really bad service
