@BestBuyCanada I placed an online order. The delivery address is a PO BOX. Your website says you can deliver to PO BOX by Canada Post. But the package was shipped by FedEx??? Now I have to spend extra cost dealing with FedEx to get my package…Can you be a little bit responsible?
@BestBuyCanHelp@BestBuyCanada I am not sure if you understand what you wrote here. What do you mean ‘can but not guarantee’. Do you report to your manager saying ‘I can do this job but can not guarantee’? If you can’t, just say you can’t. If you can, then do it right. Is this very difficult?

@BestBuyCanada It makes me very angry that all staff in a Best Buy Express are ‘helping’ wireless customers because of the pathetic commission they get paid, making me wait for 20+ minutes , rather than helping me check out a small item which takes less than a minute. Time waste!

@cibc Very upset with the newly announced change to Smart Plus account this coming Nov. Almost the same benefit but asking customer to keep 100k (increased from 6k) with you? R U crazy? If CIBC insists this change, I will definitely cancel all my product with CIBC.
