@theblacktux 2/2 we have no recourse for a refund b/c it wasn’t canceled 21-45 days prior to the event. We had NO way of knowing the aforementioned (it didn’t fit, it didn’t look right for his body type + it irritated his skin) unless he tried the tux on. That couldn’t happen until it arrived

@theblacktux 1/2 When I spoke to your agent regarding the aforementioned she explained the following: 1) Your tux ships our two weeks prior to your event date. 2) You have 21-45 days to cancel your tux.

This means, because of the timeframe that you ship the tux (14 days prior to the event)
