@GoDaddyHelp It’s ok as I’ve stated this process is entirely unsatisfactory. With no accountability or transparency. I want to lodge a formal written complaint for senior investigation but as there is no mechanism to do that I will be reporting you to trading standards via @CitizensAdvice

@GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp I want to submit a formal written complaint and it’s impossible to get an email or postal address. I do not wish to discuss it further other than to submit formally in writing. Can you advise - your staff are very evasive and have been unable to help.

@GoDaddyHelp . I’ve spent 3 separate occasions repeating the info which takes over 2 hours. Speaking to the most junior person. Supervisor is useless. That why I want to lodge a formal complaint in writing for investigation by GoDaddy. Are you saying there’s no mechanism for this?

@GoDaddyHelp I’ve already done that. In fact I’ve spent 6 hours on chat- basic knowledge and ability to deal with a customer complaint is abysmal. also been given 2 emails - one for a supervisor and an abuse email- neither of which work or are revelant when complaint is about GoDaddy service

… which would still be the lowest on the list

Not at all suggesting other professions should be paid less (nurses, domestics unequivocally need fair pay too)

But when govt says FPR is unfair or unreasonable… 🤔
