@AmazonHelp My experience of reaching out to Amazon support has been only to know 10 ways to get in touch with 10 different departments which have no corelation among themselves.
In the end the customer feels like wandering pillar to post.

Appalling to see how amazon has removed all ways to contact their customer care. The calls that come back is also very mechanical and not useful.

I just got exactly same automated email that I got before, shallow email confirmation. No information.

@AmazonHelp Your team isn't trying to investigate. Otherwise by now you would at least know which seller is selling this, which logistic partner is delivering this and where did the package get lost.
I raised the complaint on Tuesday itself. Are you saying that 4 days is not enough?

And guess what's common in them? The looking into it #lie, for 5 days now.
Amazon hasn't delivered a furniture ordered for INR 20k, but is showing that it's delivered.
None of the customer care chat bots are able to help.
None of the amazon support email ids shared are working.
