@Public_Citizen Those look like costs AFTER insurance. And for those with type 1 diabetes, Lantus is one medication of several that are required to live every day. Not to mention the cost of medical devices (several hundred more per month) that can greatly improve outcomes and quality of life.

@AskeBay I’ve been a member for over 15 years. I paid $84 for an item in May that I have still not received. Tracking information was obviously incorrect. Seller labeled me as a scammer and you closed the case. This is terrible customer service!

@EWRairport I had a horrific and traumatizing experience getting through security in Terminal B. Not only did a drunk passenger in front of me wet his pants, the pee puddle was left on the floor for other people and I to step into. Ruined socks. Unprofessional airport response.

@CheapOair there was terrible weather on way to airport and date confusion. Please explain how we cannot lose our entire booking price as no shows on the first leg!
