We are very disappointed I. @Airbnb and @AirbnbHelp for not upholding their policies on safety. For not cancelling our stay when they assured us they had and for charging us over $300 and not having a lead speak to us. It's been several weeks.

Although @Airbnb has rules around refunds when your lodgings aren't safe and we canceled our stay directly with a rep the night we 'didn't check in' because of unsafe conditions, @airbnb still chose to charge us over $300 keep reading...

Would you agree that these conditions are safe? Would you feel comfortable and safe having your 50 year old parents lug luggage over this hazard? Do you think it's right that @Airbnb charged us and has not had a manager speak to us. Just avoided us?
