When to Stop Building and Call It MVP.
We’ve been building for 8 months now.
Every week — “just one more feature.”
I’ve watched this pattern quietly kill more products than bad markets ever did.
The brutal truth: most product teams don’t have a launch problem. They have a decision problem. The product is ready. But nobody wants to call it. Because calling #MVP means facing the market — and the market has no mercy for internal assumptions. All those extra weeks of building? Done with the same internal team. Same knowledge. Same blind spots.
The fix isn’t complex:
Set the #MVP date before you start building
Lock it. Non-negotiable.
Customer feedback > internal consensus. Always.
Draw the line before you start. Not after you’re exhausted from building.

@MDravidam@smohanfca@sumanthraman Good one. In fact - small percentage of votes taken by Sasikala / Dr Ramadoss can create an impact in 20 to 30 seats.
