@SkyHelpTeam what is happening with your mobile network, two days now my wife can’t use her phone to make calls, keeps saying - your not allowed to call this number.
I’m also with Sky mobile and can make calls. No communication what so ever from Sky !! Poor service !!

When tickets go on general sale tomorrow, since it’s limited to one per person, how would I get one for myself and son (who jsb member). He’s linked to my network and I can manage tickets for him?
Surely I don’t have to buy separately under each client ref?
@eon_next trying to submit meter reading for my mum via telephone like we do every month (she doesn’t have internet) can do day/night electricity reading but then cuts off so cannot submit gas reading - not good customer services
@ticketfactory absolutely shocking service - paid for super fan and got in for Peter Kay tickets just before 10am. Tickets in basket three times and site crashes. Finally got to payment details and select pay now, only to stay on same page for 45 mins saying will be redirected
@ellsjew@ticketfactory Finally managed to log in and select tickets, enter payment details, clicked on pay now and now stuck on payment service screen saying please wait whilst you are redirected !!!
@stwater who do I contact in order to get the cast iron stop tap cover replaced as the one outside my property has snapped in half and now a hole in the pavement which is a health and safety issue?
