Absolutely frustrated with @myntra !! Trying to return a product for nearly 2 weeks now. @ekartlogistics keeps saying they’ll collect but never show up. Multiple “failed collection attempts” with no explanation.

@MyntraSupport This has been happening for 2 weeks now and the return period has expired. I have tried to talk with a customer executive but you guys don’t respond. Raised tickets thrice now but they have been closed without any real resolution. I want a refund !!

@MyntraSupport A reputed company like @myntra giving such poor service and not able to resolve my issue even after 15 days of delivery is really pathetic. Such a big well known company and not able to pick up the rejected material and refund my money ! You should stop this online sale!

@MyntraSupport @MyntraSupport You guys just raised a ticket and asked me to reply. And then you closed the ticket as “Resolved” before I could even answer. Sorry to say but this is not how “Customer Support” functions. You have to actually help the customer out for a problem you guys created.

A question for people who study/deal with invasive species : Is there a good metric to measure the “invasiveness” of a species? Could such a metric help us tackle the problem on a priority basis, when multiple species are concerned?
