As orgs wrap up '23, focus is on appraisals. Many rating scales follow bell-curve i.e., 3 is acceptable w/2 levels of perform above i.e.,4/exceeds & 5/excellent. Why set job perform so low 2 have 2 distinct levels of better perform?
