@mersivsound 2 min. Shower on only the cold knob. Always helps with my caffeine withdrawal symptoms. Also fun fact: caffeine narrows blood vessels in the body, so the headaches you get from withdrawal are just your vessels returning to the normal width, increased blood flow = ouchie 😱
