Following on from last weeks win in the Scottish Schools S1-S3 Dual Slalom it was the Dry Slope Championships yesterday.

Isabella (4ths) got 🥉 place in the individuals and our A-Team took gold in the Skiing mixed team event⛷️

@virginmedia So.. you dont know anything, nor do the call centre, nor does the website. Only the "field team" who are keeping it a secret? or do not actually exist? Worst customer service I can think of from anyone.

@virginmedia Sorry but that simply isn't good enough we are not being td what the issue actually is. The call centre dont know anything and estimated times to fix are meaningless. Fault probably cannot be helped but there is no excuse for exceptionally poor customer service and zero info

@virginmedia @igorlovesmaster You might be doing all you can to resolve, but you are not doing all you can to keep us informed. The info on the updates is meaningless, nothing other than continually failed target dates and no mention of what the problem actually is! "An engineer is on site" where? at 5am?

@virginmedia what is happening in Edinburgh EH7? No service for almost a week now. We appreciate its a complex issue but the quality of your information is very poor. Updates on the web are meaningless. Why cant you just tell us what is actually wrong and why the rolling delays?

@robert55012 Me too, last Tuesday Very nice nurse said "you might feel a bit rubbish tomorrow". I said "no way I will be fine". Spent 2 days feeling horrific with all the symptoms one after the other. Curled up on couch for a while. Then another 2 days weak and recovering Brace yourself!

Online lessons @edinburghacad move outside for some Chemistry fun making a Co2 volcanic eruption in the snow with a bottle of coke and some sweets. Our furry lab assistant legged it just before the main event!

School is well and truly out, holidays abroad uncertain! But ski racing is back! Isabella and her race club had to to leave their home slope behind and head to Tillicoultry to find a slope which would let them train, but they got a couple of days in, and it didnt rain!
