@scotfax The voting system hasn't changed for Holyrood since the first election in 1999. The additional member system works the same way, with the same split between constituency (73) and regional list (8x7) seats.
@johnmcghee25@Banksycat No by-election for list seats. Next party member on the list gets the seat. If the person leaving Holyrood is the last on their party list, seat remains vacant until next Scottish Parliament election.
@smalltounboy@degsyroberts@ScotRail Line speed doesn’t affect heating, the cold drafts that rip through the train in winter, the lack of aircon and gross overcrowding in summer, completely inadequate toilet provision, the loud / noisy interior. Faster acceleration would help top. Would happily see HSTs on the WHL!
