It's clear the Labour Council's consultation on the future of libraries is deeply flawed and appears to be carried out in bad faith with a view to closing libraries. They should scrap the consultation and their plan to close libraries now 👇

Sadly before I was elected in 2014, I do warmly remember you as a fabulous journalist prior to you working for the Labour Administration in 2016. My comments were from then on. Public life is always difficult, and right now public life is difficult. I think @brigidjones has done the right thing here though, and I really do wish her well in future. Now isn't it time for @BrumLeader Cllr Cotton to seriously think about whether he should be joining her?
