@AHersey5 Your original question was benchmarked against other industries and if hospitality could provide something over others.
We need to solve issues yes, what we need to do is address the exploiters and promote the positives to which there are plenty.

I'm not saying you are wrong I think your conversation is good one and needed one
However I feel it is naive to think it's exclusive to hospitality.

I have made many a move and fitted in and loved it I have also made many where I hated my team with that company, hospitality or not
