@bentigg Check out missiveapp. You can schedule send or send and snooze so it pops back up at some future date. You might be able to create a rule to auto follow up in there as well. Everything can be set to stop if you get a reply, etc

@jcolesimpson We sold some properties in the Smokies this year for the exact same reason. Not nearly the headaches as you had but felt like everything was overpriced, prices sky rocketed over Covid, and cashed out. Mostly focused on SMB currently as well!

I'm currently using a single workspace with different top-level pages for each company, but it's getting slower as I add more info

@alaramarketing How are you using GHL to filter leads? Using automations to follow up with a form of some type then ending with booking an appointment if they are qualified? Or some other way?
