I would never pay that myself but I'm really enjoying going to bed and night and waking up to clean hair free floors.

Can anyone provide some advice?

I raised a complaint against a service over a year ago. It resulted in 2 doctors being investigated by regulator.

Since then I've been refused access to service. MDTs note they simply refuse to work with me & others admit its due to complaint.

I'm unsure which route to take and how to get there.
