@ScotsCopper This is the one that people are eligible for due to overpayment of pension payments. The one for the pension challenge is looking like June 2025 at the earliest.

@ScotsCopper 😂 Sadly the deductions remain the same as I believe the overpayment was for an earlier scheme that we paid into before reverting to the newer one

@ScotsPolFed Yet every single ‘front line’ officer makes it work. This isn’t something that should be getting argued as 60-70% of your members already experience this difficulty, given they work a 24/7 pattern.

No consideration for enforcement activity behind the scenes which may not generate an incident, which is why it has reduced by 63% over the last 10 years!!!

@CopTayside Only issue I find is getting in and out of a vehicle, the equipment catching either the steering wheel or seatbelt. But overall the benefits outweigh the negatives

@BBCScotlandNews It’s worrying that a genuinely #%$& idea requires them to float it to see what the public think before moonwalking back to the drawing board. These ministers are elected by us to make the big decisions with our best interests at heart, not to be indecisive and leave it to opinion

Equipment - it’s aged in certain areas and not fit for modern and effective policing
Funding - clearly there are huge issues about being expected to do more with less

@Tangoman801 @MissGolfAlpha @PoliceScotland A Keela jacket isn’t insulated. It’s waterproof but not insulated in any way and incredibly thin so you would freeze more wearing a keela one over the standard issue jacket.

@wonderd87382893 @EandJDivReps Whilst a lot didn’t my point is that there hasn’t been any effort from the fed to even try and orchestrate something. Historically this has normally been resolved by October pay but there is no sign of progress thus far!
