But on the contrary, dozens of food vendors opened up just next to this chowky within a week.

For whose security was this Police Chowky built?

@goairlinesindia I am aware of that. But these are still not available.. seems only middle seats are non-chargeable, even during checking in, less than 24 hours prior to departure.
