We met this gent on holiday and he consented to photo. Amazing bike adapted for his left hemiparesis after stroke. Power assist, he uses right leg and arm and travels miles. ICE bikes do good adapted trikes too he says.

Departmental teaching on cerebellar strokes - lateralising signs and typical textbook cerebellar signs may be lacking. Gait analysis is key. Headache common, even without vertebral artery dissection. HINTS exam needs lots of practice to get slick.
