@ovh_support_fr LATE REPLY HERE. Not one listened, so I quitted, and joined another firm. No one refunded me anything, after the probs. - only a credit, which only could be used for OVH-services... I had moved on, cause no-one could tell me about the storage-situation, before it was too late.
@OVHcloud Two tickets created - not a single human answer. Copy/paste replies, not anything related to my situation. Where are my refund? No-one was clear about my situation for days, so I moved company. Therefore, I've asked for a refund for X months instead.. #noautoreplyplease

Personally I use snapshots or backups, but also offline dumps, too :-)...

I've local backups, too. But I fully understand that most people thinks that online backup-options provided by OVH is located in other DC/location.
With that said: 3-2-1 backup are always the way to go.
@mikepleonard@olesovhcom +1 for snapshot location. I've already moved my things away, cause no-one can tell if my snapshot are okay, or not.
Hopefully OVH will compensate something, even if the customer has left the company...
@tanguyPel@olesovhcom ^ I actually decided to spin up a fresh VPS on OVH, but I simpy couldn't wait for a official email... I spotted that the performance was better in a few other companies, and decided to give it a try.
If OVH could match the price to performance, I would stick to them, for sure🙂.

I'll try Hetzner Cloud, and see. PM me for ref. code, if someone would like a bit of discount...

@DMP64288760 @olesovhcom I bet the data is gone. 'os' stands for 'openstack'. So os-sbg1-006 will be a rack/cluster in openstack-sbg1. https://t.co/2dwGRHAXAw states that 'openstack-sbg1' was physically in DC SBG2.
I think you need to spin up a fresh VPS - but hopefully OVH are contacting us very soon?
