आखिर युवाओं के भविष्य को लेकर इतनी शिथिलता क्यों?

क्या प्रधानमंत्री जी युवाओं के भविष्य को लेकर चिंतित नहीं है,
अगर है तो इतने महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर चर्चा में शामिल क्यों नहीं हुए?

After analyzing so many hearings of maintenance and divorce cases here is our observation:
* in majority of the cases Advocate of the husband is a completely unwanted fellow in the Court Room. His presence is doing more harm than good. He lacks the motivation, intensity and aggression to present the side of the Husband as compared to the advocate of his wife.
* In majority of cases the approach of the Lawyer of the Husband is to take dates, request for mediation or beg mercy from the judges. Hardly they try to fight the case on merit and facts.
* Advocate of the wife in majority of the cases found to be aggressive, bold, loud, and motivated to get orders in favor of their client.
* Apart from technical things both Husbands and wives are more clear, confident and sensible in expressing their side themselves .
* A Husband is totally alone in the Court Room. Judge is against him, wife is against him, lawyer of the wife is against him and his own advocate is there to scare and discourage him.
* There must be a complete ban on appearance of Lawyers in Family matters both in trial courts as well as High courts.
* Courts shall dispose off the matters on merits instead of trying to play the role of a mediator and negotiator. Neither Police nor the Judiciary shall be allowed to play the role of either a mediator or a negotiator. here shall be an independent organization for the same and that too only at the pre litigation stage.
* If Husband is guilty then punish him, send him to Jail and if he is innocent give him back his dignity and liberty with compensation. Monetary settlements shall not be allowed at any cost and under any circumstance in any case of molestation, Rape and those lodged under Dowry Prevention and POCSO Acts.

#JyotiMaurya Vs #AlokMaurya Updates:
There is always a man and a woman involved in any act of adultery and hence one cannot blame any particular gender for the same. #SupremeCourt decriminalized adultery for both the genders but in practical it get decriminalized only for a woman as a man can still be prosecuted for the act of adultery under the provisions of DV Act and 498a. That’s why we avoided posting about Jyoti Maurya and Alok Maurya case as mostly it’s the Husband who gets harassed, defamed and assaulted by wife and her relatives by blaming him of adultery. But now not only the local media but even National Media is running a lot of fake news related to this incident and so it became necessary for us to correct few of the rumours.
#Rumour 1: Jyoti Maura got suspended.
Fact: No she not gt suspended or dismissed form the service. She is very much working as a GM of the Govt owned Sugar Mill at Bareilly. Neither she got suspended nor dismissed from the service nor any kind of departmental enquiry got initiated against her. The only enquiry which got initiated till now in this matter is against Manish Dubey. A departmental enquiry by DIG, Home Guards is underway against him. Both Jyoti as well as the wife of Manish refused to give their statement to this enquiry.
#Rumour 2: FIR got lodged against Jyoti Maurya
Fact: No there is no FIR against Jyoti Maurya yet. In fact there are two FIRs against her husband at Prayagraj. One for Dowry harassment and other under IT Act for allegedly hacking her phone. Her Husband Alok Maurya has given a complaint against her for conspiring to murder him but that is still a complain only.
#Rumour 3: Yogi Jee promised justice for Alok Maurya and personally monitoring this case
Fact: No Yogi Jee neither gave any order nor any statement regarding this case till now.
#Rumour 4 Alok Maurya got Justice.
Fact: It’s the biggest joke. In any matrimonial case no matter whatever be the facts it’s always the Husband who is at loss. Same will happen in this case too. Neither Alok Maurya got any Justice nor he will get in future. No court of Law will ever punish Jyoti Maurya for her alleged chats with Manish and her extra marital affairs.
