@British_Airways another appalling experience. Flight 2202 out of Cancun to Gatwick delayed so far by 2 hours. No communication. No updates. No explanation. Just radio silence. Beyond poor.
@British_Airways Well, here we are still in Cancun - thank you @British_Airways for a memorable end to our holiday. After 9 hours waiting around yesterday, we are now in a hotel room waiting for another flight tonight. No communication of any substance, no accountability and BA nowhere to be seen
@British_Airways turns out the reason we are delayed… and now the flight cancelled… is due to finding ‘a significant’ amount of drugs in the hold of the plane. We are now being sent out of the airport at 02.00 with zero communication from BA. @British_Airways like to comment?
@British_Airways Is that it? At least @British_Airways approach to communication is consistent. I assume you will be proactively contacting all passengers to process compensation?
@Join_ZOE a terrible experience from beginning to end. I activated my product nearly 2 weeks ago, and still don’t have the functionality I’ve paid for. Used live chat. Pointless. Raised a complaint. Heard nothing. So disappointing after such high hopes from the marketing!
@jet2tweets sat on the tarmac in Lyon after being diverted. Been sat here for over 2 hours. If it wasn’t so frustrating, it would be funny that you are relying on your French speaking passengers to talk to ground crew to get us off this plane!
