In fact im in Gloucester at the moment and had no problems using Scottish notes in either ASDA or the local chippy. English notes are harder to forge.

@614dd4c3fe424e1 @ziggy6769 You don’t have to. I travel on an almost weekly basis to England and pay using Scottish notes. Yes there are some shops the have notices up about Scottish notes but it tends to be because Scottish £20 and £50 are the UK’s most counterfeited notes.
