Unfortunately the US operates on identity of states and region. We aren't one combined force. So we would have to go by state and that carries over. Other countries (like say Brazil or Columbia) doesn't have this. They can just say Brazil or South Africa or France.

I think the reason men don’t relate to the postpartum conversation is because men are always expected to do things they don’t want to do and becoming a mother is one of the first times in women’s lives with a realize they have to do something that they don’t want to do…and There is nothing to fall back on or get out of it for the first time.

But for men This is often the norm.
