his stack:

- 10 folders (inbox, research, content, sales, clients, ops, finance, templates, reports, archive)
- 12 delegated workflows (file cleanup, meeting notes, weekly review, briefs, proposals, SOPs)
- 3 hard rules (never delete, always backup, uncertain files land in "needs review")

-> explore -> plan -> execute -> never lets it act before approval

folders + workflows + rules + templates = one-person company OS.

chat is for thinking. cowork is for production. the people still confusing the two are about to get lapped.

this rewired how i operate - 4 days in, i haven't manually renamed a file or drafted a proposal once.
