@DrRebeccaTidy Fair enough. They won’t be impressed as a leave of absence policy would normally indicate a more advanced notice. If it hits 5 full school days they they can refer this on although if you urge the school to consider you had no part and it was out of your control they may change

@HeyMissSmith What’s your HT1 holiday absence?
Nat Avg figures sit at 0.4 with ours at 0.7 this year. Not had a week without minimum 2 students off on holiday. That also doesn’t include the week long ‘illness’ or week long O codes!!

@johannalouise27 @lizplane @Positivteacha I’m still waiting to hear definitively but going into the meeting the understanding was it was in addition to PPA. Great if it’s affordable but budgets being tighter than ever I can’t see how it can be done!!
