After multiple calls to #airindia, they still insist they cannot help and keep asking me to go to ticket desk/counter at airport, even after I have repeatedly shared that#airindia does not have a counter in Boston nor other airlines, like they do in India.

Let me be clear: I paid #AirIndia to transport my family to Hyderabad from IAD. It is your responsibility—not mine—to coordinate with Etihad or any other airline you partner with to fulfill that obligation. I am no longer engaging in this blame-shifting exercise.

The latest agent I'm currently on the line now states that there is no notes at all in the system related to this. She is now claiming that Air India is unable to do anything about this and I should fill in some feedback form.

The agents I’ve spoken with have offered nothing more than empty platitudes and false promises. The lack of empathy and urgency in handling a case involving a stranded woman with children and an infant is outrageous.

This situation is not just unacceptable—it is irresponsible, negligent, and demonstrative of a total failure in customer care and operational coordination.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, I have received no meaningful assistance from either Air India or Etihad. I have spoken with multiple agents from both airlines, each of whom has only deflected responsibility onto the other.
