ITV media being SOLD to SKY. A USA company (owned by QUALCAST). Leaves only BBC and Channel for in UK hands. A slow creep of UK media being taken over by the USA.
POLITICAL INTERFERENCE from Trump in International football rules asking the FIFA boss to alter a decision. This crawling to the president UNDERMINES the INTERNATIONAL harmony of the game. The red card MUST REMAIN
lsrael is currently invading Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and Syria.
But you wouldn't know because the Western Media never uses the word invasion and always pretends Israel is 'defending itself' fromo some kind of war against enemies who are trying to invade Israel.
FACT: Ivana Trump was NOT a U.S. citizen when all three children were born, Don Jr, Ivanka and Eric. Melania Trump was NOT a U.S. citizen when Barron was born.
Reform is funded by 3 billionaires.

The party of the people.
Upon my election, I was required to declare the £2400 per month I had earned working full time for the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
The suggestion that this same principle would not apply to literally millions of pounds in 'gifts' is an interesting defence from Farage.
When the going gets tough, Nigel Farage gets going... to the airport.
The Clacton MP has spent the last couple of days 4,000 miles away from his constituency, avoiding media scrutiny in favour of a softball speaking gig.

THE JOURNALIST WHO BROKE CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA WAS THANKED WITH A £1 MILLION LEGAL BILL
Carole Cadwalladr @carolecadwalla exposed one of the biggest political scandals in modern British history. Cambridge Analytica. Brexit dark money. Possible Russian influence in UK democracy. The kind of journalism that wins Pulitzer nominations and keeps people in power very nervous.
So what happened next?
Arron Banks the man who made the biggest single political donation in UK history at around £9 million to Brexit campaigns, sued her personally. Not The @observer , which published her work for years. Not @TEDTalks, which hosted her talk. Her. Individually. A freelance journalist.
The suit was over one sentence in a 2019 TED Talk and a single tweet, in which she said Banks had lied about a secret relationship with the Russian government. Banks denied it. He had, however, admitted meeting Russian embassy officials multiple times more than he originally told a Parliamentary committee.
@guardian, her own publisher, declined to fund her defence.
She crowdfunded her legal costs from 29,000 members of the public.
She faced potential costs of up to £1 million. She eventually won on the main issues in the High Court in 2022, but lost on appeal on one narrow point.
She was ordered to pay Banks £35,000 in damages, issue an apology, and delete certain tweets. She was also hit with a costs order of over £1 million.
The woman who exposed how democracy gets bought had to beg the public for money to stay solvent while doing it.
Seventeen press freedom organisations called the case an attempt to intimidate and silence public interest journalism. The UK government eventually introduced anti-SLAPP legislation. Partly because of what happened to her.
In the UK, you can crowdfund a journalist's survival costs after she exposes the possible corruption of a referendum ..
.. Or you can fund the laws that protect journalists before they get financially destroyed.
We chose the first option.
The UN for the first time in history officially named a sitting president, Donald Trump as a racist whose hate speech has caused grave human rights violations
Trump didn't make the United States racist... He made the racists feel comfortable enough to show their racism in public
Our Party does not support an outright ban on social media.
In fact members voted for a different policy entirely at our last conference.
It is not acceptable for our MPs to deviate from the democratic will of members in this way.

A very interesting thread. @GarethDennis is absolutely right.
I’ve been campaigning to 1 - dual the line, 2 - get the York area capacity scheme back on track, 3 - for a rail stop here.
It is unlikely that we will get a stop until previous steps are achieved first.
Must have raised these issues the best part of a dozen times in my two years in Parliament so far.
WHERE ARE THE SANCTIONS? WHY ARE WE STILL PLAYING SPORT WITH ISRAEL? WHY ARE THERE NO TRAVEL BANS?
If ordinary Israelis don’t feel the world’s anger, nothing will change.
Israel has been allowed to act with impunity because too many of our politicians have been bought. They might love the rattle of shekels in their pockets, but there’s a price to pay. Fear, threats and intimidation from Israel’s lieutenants in the diaspora, if they don’t toe the line and stay schtum while Israel does what it likes. But are there no politicians prepared to stand up against this nasty little state of Israel, are there no politicians prepared to take a stand?
How many thousands of innocent people does Israel have to slaughter, how many times do we have to witness the IDF using small children as target practice, how long do we have to tolerate this bellicose state destroying the lives of tens of thousands of people?
The disconnect between the political class and vast majority of electorates across the Western world on this issue, is HUGE!
But it has served to highlight two problems. First, our political systems are corrupt and dysfunctional; democracy just doesn’t exist. We live in a political construct which displays the trappings of democracy. It’s not the real thing.
Second, if we want a true democracy we have to take MONEY OUT OF POLITICS because until we do politics is a waste of time and we will continue to have ‘outside actors’ influencing and manipulating our politics and our politicians.
In the meantime, will honest, compassionate, decent politicians please step up to the mark, show some cojones, and demand that Israel suffer consequences for its crimes.
Bad news when it takes Michael Gove to point out to Laura Kuenssberg that the issue that she repeatedly failed to raise with Robert Jenrick, is that the 'personal friend' Nigel Farage took donations from, was a convicted criminal

While Burnham’s at it, move the House of Lords to, say, Rochdale. And persuade the King to give Buckingham Palace and its 39 acre garden to the country since, after a £369m refit, none of the royals can actually face living there. https://t.co/XhVgaGndeT
