@AlanKohler Just a small inaccuracy : While it IS up to the developer ( and saleability risk assement ) as to "what" is built, building codes and council approvals do specify minimums for ceilings, sizes, etc.

Often quite design restrictive.
Much more formalised now than in post WW2 years.

The risk is that ex-believers speaking out about what they found to be wrong about their former group will be prosecuted for telling the truth or expressing their analysis of their or others' experiences.
e.g. Children forced to hear:"join us or hellfire"

Any adjustments you can make to improve even little things to your satisfaction can sometimes make a big difference to feelings.

I'm luckily usually OK, but even a brisk walk on a mild sunny day can boost my mood, all else being same + basicly OK.

noticed the change to night shift.
Even rotating d/n shifts is not for everyone.
Constant night shift can be a huge strain unless it suits a personality + lifestyle with good sleep options ?
