@IndiaPostOffice IndiaPost is avoiding paying compensation to citizens for such violations. The email (image) is a no-reply ID & the portal has no way to add a reply or comments and only allows you to "Closure Confirmation". The case closes in 48hrs & all claims are invalid thereafter! @DARPG_GoI

@IndiaPostOffice My complaint #2685424523 is being closed because the item is 'out for delivery' today (11th). As per Citizen Charter, the delivery is already late (booked 4th, target 9th). I do NOT want the case closed until my refund for is processed. Please advise.
