If you live in LA you have exactly 9 days left to see some great Rothko work as part of “The Expanding Field: MOCA’s Collection from the 1940s to 1970s” exhibit.

I’m not a huge fan of the gallery lighting tbh but was well worth it (also, MOCA admission is free). Rothkos are super sensitive so they usually aren’t put up permanently unless under ideal conditions (Rothko Room at Tate Modern). So it may be a couple of years until these go on display again.
