其实拿到几十 k 的 package 变成了几个 M的都是人中龙凤，眼光和能力无一不超群。你得在20年三月或者22年底左右这种特殊时间节点拿到大包offer，才能起飞。而这些节点正是大厂们最慌，人头最少甚至大规模裁员都时候。难度可想而知。

大多数人，包括我在内，都是21年底狂暴牛顶被骗进去割韭菜的。各家的股价都是高峰，rsu跟不要钱一样发，随��面面就能进去拿所谓的“大包”。但大家都不知道，入局就是高峰，后面是无尽下坡。

A couple years back Microsoft Vancouver is paying 85k CAD to a new grad engineer, while the same role could be paid up to 150k usd in the states.

The gap has significantly narrowed after Covid and I am greatful for it
