If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.
@IMisha000@elonmusk Most migration has been done voluntarily by countries with no pressure. Nothing complex about feel-good policies. And the policies didn't fail, they never worked to begin with. They made poor choices with no plans.
Riots in Los Angeles about the government cracking down on illegal activity. But then they all vote for more government to solve problems, and do what exactly? Allow for breaking the law?
@mmeJen I really enjoyed him in the darkhorse podcast a few years ago and I thought his book Madness of Crowds was fantastic. Haven't followed him lately, but never got the impression that he's any kind of elitist, nor chauvinist. Didn't even know he was gay until I read the book.
