Rawlakot;
The innocent people who done nothing except doing peaceful protest for their fundamental rights and look what the forces did to them. This is the end level brutality and inhumanity by the Government of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir.
Again It's a humble request to all the global peacekeepers and Human rights organisations to raise voice for innocent civilians in Azad Kashmir.

Sometimes I honestly don't know what I'm doing anymore. I'm exhausted. I've sacrificed so much, yet there are days when it doesn't seem worth the effort. I just keep running, hoping that one day all of this struggle will make sense.
It's been 3 years of running and my life hasn't seemed to slow down since 2023. I wanted to fly away from Pakistan in search of a better future but the journey has been relentless. It's cruel at times and the competition is overwhelming. If I stop, I feel like I'll lose.
Since then, I've been running endlessly, trying to fit into a foreign culture that doesn't always feel like my own, working through Eids, crying after phone calls with Mama, being exploited with long hours and constantly chasing visas, sponsorships and stability.
@ShahzaibHuYawr 3. In the morning apply a niacinamide serum, oil free moisturizer and an oil free sunscreen. You may need antibiotics (tablets or lotion such as Acsolve) but consult a good doctor before taking any antibiotics.
@ShahzaibHuYawr 1.Stop eating oily and fried foods and also avoid dairy products.
2.Clean your face before going to bed with a cleanser containing salicylic acid and niacinamide. Choose one that doesnt damage the skin barrier .CeraVe and Neutrogena are good brands.
