Right away, it felt off — the whole thing sounded suspicious and unprofessional. It was clear it’s a scam.

This is a formal complaint and final demand regarding my flight EJU7252 from Palma de Mallorca on 3rd June 2025, scheduled for 06:40. The flight was delayed for over six hours. Under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, I am entitled to compensation for this,
