Router early access is rolling out to OptimAI Island finishers. We're going through the queue in batches, so not everyone gets theirs on the same day.

How do you know you're approved? Log in to the Node Dashboard (https://t.co/4GjXV30kSA) and open the notification bell (in the sidebar, or at the top on mobile). Approved players get a notification: "You're in: Router early access". No notification yet means your run is still in the queue.

Got approved? Open the Router tab in OptimAI Core Node. Instead of the island invite you'll see Router setup: it checks your computer, helps you pick a model, then you set your price and start serving.

This first batch went to players who are active in our community and to the fastest runs.

Not approved yet? Don't worry. More players will be approved in the coming days. While you wait:
• Keep your X, Discord and Telegram linked in Missions & Rewards. We can't approve a run while they're unlinked
• Make sure you're on the latest Core Node version, then open the Router tab again

Last time, two Cogflies landed on OptimAI Island and could only look around. Today the race starts.

Six mystery boxes are hidden on the island. Each one is locked behind a question about OptimAI:
• Your first try pays the full points, plus up to +20% if you answer within 10 seconds
• A miss lowers what the box pays (50%, then 25%, then just the sticker)
• A missed box rests for 1 minute, then 2, then 5. The other boxes stay open
• Find all six to get the finish bonus and join the queue for Router early access

Boxes pay out while points last, and your run time goes on the speedrun board, so read carefully but don't hang around 😄

✅️This is where I believe Pi’s future lies.

I did not suddenly start talking about burning Pi. 🔥

I have been thinking about this for years, and for years I have been saying that this could eventually become an important part of the answer.

Years ago, when almost nobody was talking about smart contracts, DEXs, or stablecoins for Pi, I was already saying that Pi would eventually need them.

And now I believe the final piece should be burning.

Let me explain it again in a very simple way, because even many pioneers still do not seem to understand this vision.

Look at Ethereum.

Thousands of ERC-20 tokens have been created on Ethereum. There are meme tokens, utility tokens, NFTs, games, DeFi projects, and many other ecosystems.

But when people use those applications on the Ethereum network, the network fee is basically paid in ETH.

You may be playing a game and trading Token A.

You may be buying or selling a monkey NFT.

But behind the scenes, ETH is still being used to pay for network activity.

And part of those ETH transaction fees can be burned.

Think about what this means.

Even when people are using other tokens and applications, the activity can still create burn pressure on ETH.

Ethereum does not have a fixed maximum supply like Bitcoin, but its burn mechanism helps reduce net supply growth and, during periods of heavy network activity, ETH can even become deflationary.

This creates an important idea in the minds of investors:

“If Ethereum tokens or nft usage grows, more ETH may be burned. If supply becomes scarcer while demand remains strong, holding ETH becomes more attractive.”

That is powerful.

Smart contracts, NFTs, ERC-20 tokens, DeFi, and games are tools that grow Ethereum’s utility.

Other major blockchains use different burn systems and different details, but many of them also have mechanisms designed to control supply, burn tokens, or reduce inflation.

Now let’s look at Pi.

Pi is moving toward a future where smart contracts and tokens can exist on the Pi blockchain.

If tokens, games, NFTs, DEXs, and other applications operate directly on Pi Network, Pi can become the native asset used for network fees.

Imagine playing a game on Pi.

You trade the game’s own token, but Pi is used in the background for network fees.

You trade an NFT, and Pi is used for the transaction fee.

Even when trading on a DEX, Pi is used to pay the network fee.

Now imagine that a portion of all those accumulated Pi network fees is burned.

Then almost every type of activity happening on the Pi blockchain could indirectly contribute to reducing Pi’s supply.

The more tokens, applications, games, NFTs, and transactions that exist on Pi, the more Pi could potentially be consumed and burned.

And that changes the way people look at Pi.

Pioneers and investors could start thinking:

“Pi Network usage is growing. More activity means more fees. More fees mean more Pi can be burned. If Pi becomes scarcer over time, maybe holding Pi becomes more valuable.”

That creates another reason to hold and buy Pi.

This is the vision I have been talking about for years.

First, smart contracts.

Then tokens.

Then stablecoins.

Then DEXs and a larger ecosystem.

And in my view, the final piece that connects all of this together should be a sustainable Pi burn mechanism.

Utility creates activity.

Activity creates network fees.

And if part of those fees is burned, growing utility can also help create scarcity.

That is the model I believe Pi should build toward.
