Somewhere, deep inside, a throbbing signal was being beat out on a drum - like a love letter from a jungle savage, like a tiny smoke signal sent floating past the green canopy of the unconscious, like a whisper, like a scream - "Time is running out"...He walked into the SOC.
@CraigHRowland I still have those books as well as the 'Unix Network Programming' books and K&R C. Must haves. reading and understanding those books is worth like 20 to 30 certs :) (kidding, not kidding)
Income tax is wrong. You shouldn't be fined for earning a living.
Property tax is wrong. You shouldn't be forced to pay to keep living in a home that you already own.
Sales tax is wrong. You shouldn't be forced to pay someone to allow you to buy something.
Capital gains tax is wrong. You shouldn't be punished for investing in your family's financial future.
Inheritance tax is wrong. Your heirs shouldn't be robbed because you died.
All forms of taxation are wrong, because they're extortion, and extortion is always wrong.
@ImposeCost "An application that links all my accounts" sounds like a single pof. Also, I don't even wanna know how much I spend at Rogue and workout supplement shops...that'll just be depressing :)
@ImposeCost I think it was CS Lewis who defined the order in which humans seek Justice. The Law of God, The Law of the Land, and the Law of the Vendetta.
@OwenBenjamin you can crank up a chainsaw and put it on the ground and get the same thing. Best place to get worms with stake vibrations is the cemetery. I do this to get treats for my chickens or bait for fishing.
@elonmusk all mathematicians must write their proofs in the office. Those writing proofs at home will have their proof ignored and/or shredded upon submittal. See how stupid that is? Those who can deliver will deliver. Those who can't, won't.
@kaylahaas they teach math backwards. You should start with Analysis of Calc and then calc. This really didn't click until junior year. I was math major also.
