@PriusRunaway Double KB complex with sufficient weight will give you all the cardio you want and then some. Easily into the 160’s to 170’s in short order.
You can also just grab a heavy one and take it for a four mile stroll around the neighborhood.

@moveorperish If you want to make this harder, even with lower weight…keep elbow pinned to your side. Works for curls also. Raising the elbow recruits other muscle groups…so it’s cheating what u r actually working.
@Mangan150 Roughly 40 hours of hard work per year will change your life.
Same as one easy work week.
Thats just two thirty min HARD workouts per week, and missing a few days/weeks here and there.
I have found that sometimes God gives us a “bad” thing to redirect us. So, maybe the PAX needed a stretch and increasing range of motion workout. So, perhaps He took me out of one game to put me in another.
The world calls this silver lining, I call it Devine intervention.

Yep, I have a torn rotator cuff so rather than sit on the couch, I started a Thursday @F3Metro stretch workout. This will be our 4 week and PAX #’s posting have grown each week.
My Typical lunch at the warehouse:
Burger
A little hot Sausage
Eggs
A little Veggie Fried Rice
A little Mineral Sea Salt
Wash it down with some creatine and BCAA’s in 20oz Le Bleu ultra pure water.
