Free boot camp style workouts open to all men. Monday and Wednesday 05:30 A.M. rain or shine at Pizitz Middle School in Vestavia Hills, AL Est. 5/23/2022.
9 men got up in the gloom this morning. Border had us carrying bricks and blocks around campus. Tough morning in the fog, when people ask what do we mean by gloom, this is it.
Welcome to Mental Battle Month @F3Nation ! Gear order is live and WOD is posted on previous post. 🛡️ Lock shields 🛡️ Protect your brother 🛡️ No Oyo!

Super proud of Border and others that help organize a joint F3-FIA 2.0 workout at @TheForumF3 as a fundraiser for Children's of Alabama. Over 60 pax, M’s an 2.0’s attended and raised over $4,000. #community@F3Birmingham
Another great Monday at the Brig with Happy leading 8 men in a Groundhog Day Beatdown that consisted of doing a lot of exercises on repeat. Stargazers for the last 30 seconds were well welcomed.
28 men celebrated Anonymoss’s 51st birthday in style around campus at Brig! We spelled fifty-one with some workouts as well a four corners and 11s. COT: Rom 12:1-2 Consider what living sacrifice means and what God might be calling you to sacrifice.
We have our very own 1st F AOQ on deck for tomorrow. Bedrock has already checked the weather and said it’s going to be warm so you don’t need to check the weather again. Come on out and get better! Coffeeteria at Vestavia City Center Panera post workout!
Former Forum AOQ Astro planned the beat down this morning. 14 men braved the warmer weather today and were better for it. COT: forget the cold plunges, red lights, and fad driven supplements. Call a friend.
Core Principle - Ends with a Circle of Trust.
The only thing you have to do is get in a Circle of Trust.
That’s the moment when you ask your brother, “Are you okay?” Not in passing. Not as a formality. But man to man.
When the exercising is done, we gather in a circle and look one another in the eyes. No distractions. No hierarchy. Just presence. That’s where honesty lives. That’s where encouragement happens. That’s where burdens get lighter.
The Circle of Trust is a reminder that while we train our bodies together, we also watch out for one another. Showing up matters, but showing up for your brother matters more.

Dream On led 19 on a chilly morning for his VQ. AMRAPs with coupons and without with running between stations. Mindfulness (non-judgmental awareness of present experiences) COT: Focus on gratitude. Change your perspective of situation, if necessary, to emphasize the positive.
Cart Boy led 8 around campus this morning in below freezing temps. It was a great time spending with these men, even though the mumblechatter was limited it was still a great morning at Brig!
AOQ Spanky (@calhorton) led 14 men a Thanksgiving themed progress ladder workout. COT: be generous with your time this week. Spend it with your 2.0’s, spouse, and your family (Even the ones you don’t want to spend time with). @F3Vestavia@F3Birmingham@F3Nation
Led by former AOQ Flush, 11 of us braved the sub freezing temperatures and wind with a good tour through the neighborhoods. Great crowd given the weather and with a nice reminder to be patient with yourself, family, friends, and coworkers for the COT.
